Although most consumers these days are short on time and very few fill our satisfaction surveys, Toys and Home has increased their reviews by double in the last 6 months and now has an overall rating of 4.5 stars out of 5. This ranks higher than most BIG BOX stores and BIG BOX retailers.
?We know that more and more people are using the internet to price shop, and in turn more and more people are buying on-line. One thing that they are also doing is reading reviews at independent review sites and Epinions is the one most Google shoppers use.? Said Ms.Johnson.
?We know that most people that are in the market will consider buying from us because we keep our prices low, even lower than most BIG BOX stores, but when they don?t know who we are or haven?t even heard of us, it is hard to get them to follow through. We hope that as we get more and more customers to take the time to fill out a review on their experience it will have a positive effect on another customer.?
